At GRAY AREA STUDIO we provide 1-2-1 Personal training in South West London. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or someone who wants to take their performace to the next level , there is something to suit everyones needs and preferences!
As a face to face client youll get to enjoy the "no fuss" of our private gym allowing you to train comfortably. We'll work closley to develop your very own tailored programme to support your fitness goals (whether it's building your confidence when stepping into the gym , fitting back into clothes, getting them extra gym gains or anything in between). We are here to help you get the long-lasting results you are looking for.
We will sit down & break down your long term goals into step-by-step targets to create a clear path to get us on the same page when setting expectations for the training program and goals for the future.
After your consultation i'll get to work on developing your very own tailored Programme to support your fitness goals.
No waiting around for equipment, sharing kit or feeling crowded in a busy gym. The space is exclusively for you and your coach to train, and get great results.
Receive regular check-ins, and support between sessions. Amongst your Training Programmes and nutrition guide You will have access to ongoing support via the messenger to answer any of your queries to help you stay on track.
You'll get access to our nutrition guide to fuel your workouts and boost recovery. We'll get you to track and i'll give feedback, where I can take a look at your diet intake (through MyFitnessPal) and give you constructive weekly feedback on ways to Continuously improve your eating habits, and help you become more accountable for what you eat.
We'll set baseline data at the start of your programme and we'll review and provide feedback through Progress reports Body Measurements/Assessment , Workout & nutrition records.
